I recently had an amazing stay at a hotel in Sapa. The owner, Ha, went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light. The bathroom was new and clean, and the breakfast provided was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Ha's family, including her husband and daughter, were also incredibly welcoming and kind. I can't thank them enough for such a wonderful stay.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

Well, the rooms from the 3rd to 6th floors were nicely decorated and had everything you'd need. 🏨 Being close to restaurants that are just a short walk away, as well as the airport and bus station, made it super convenient to get around and grab a bite to eat.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The attention to detail and level of service was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They even remembered our room number without checking, showing their dedication and attentiveness. The location of the hotel is ideal, nestled in a cozy little street just 50 meters away from the bustling main road. The view from our room on the top floor was breathtaking, surrounded by a beautiful valley and ongoing construction of new buildings. The basic amenities provided were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed starting our day with hot drinks in the cozy little breakfast restaurant before being taken up to our mountain view room. The freshly prepared juices at breakfast were a delightful touch.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is just a two-minute walk to the town centre, where you can find plenty of shops, massage places, and restaurants. Being in the heart of the town, you are away from the noisy main street and can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere in a side street. This also allows you to observe the vibrant and lively street life during the day.
It would be beneficial if the hotel could address the issue mentioned in one of the reviews regarding the windows not fully closing in some rooms. Providing an extra blanket or duvet in the room for cold days would also be a nice addition.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a nice little street just 50 meters away from the bustling main road. The location is perfect, with all the major attractions just a stone's throw away. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, providing a warm shower for those chilly Sapa mornings. I loved having a small balcony overlooking the street, where I could watch the local vendors selling their colorful vegetables. The view of the surrounding mountains was simply breathtaking, especially on clear days. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast with freshly prepared juices - the perfect way to start the day.
All was more than satisfactory.

During our stay at the hotel, we had a wonderful experience exploring the beautiful surroundings of Sapa. We decided to join a trek organized by the hotel, and it was absolutely amazing! The hike took us to a non-touristy tribe village, allowing us to truly immerse ourselves in the local culture. Our local guide was very knowledgeable and spoke English fluently, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel also went above and beyond by allowing us to take a shower even after we had checked out, ensuring we were refreshed before our journey back to Hanoi. we had a fantastic time at Heart Of Sapa Hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Sapa.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to many nearby attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was also decent quality. We particularly loved the friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and organized our day trips. the laundry service offered was a definite plus!
There were some noise issues due to nearby construction. However, this didn't affect us too much and was typical of the area.
